Cancellation & Refund Policy

Lifetime licence, one payment

Lumi is sold as a one-time purchase (no subscription), so there is nothing to cancel later and you are never charged again.

14-day refund

If Lumi isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase from the email address on your Lumi account, and we'll refund the full amount - no questions asked.

• UPI and Indian card payments (Razorpay) are refunded to the same UPI account or card, usually within 5–7 working days after we approve the refund.
• International card and PayPal payments (Razorpay or Gumroad, in US dollars) are refunded to the same card or PayPal account, usually within 5–10 working days. Your bank may show a small difference because of exchange rates.

When a refund is made, the Lumi licence on that account is switched off automatically.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion - for example if Lumi doesn't work on your computer and we can't fix it. Write to us and we'll do our best to help.

Charged twice?

If you were charged twice for the same account, email us and we'll refund the extra payment in full.
